I hope it can make it under an overpass :wam:

In most of the U.S., I'm pretty sure it can.

I came across this creation rather randomly on Facebook. The caption says
"... chopped 2011 Ford Fiesta. The wheelbase 10" shorter than a smart car." :dawatourne:

1055 Honda to be destroyed because damaged by the flood... why not just quickly clean them to make a mega episode of "alarm für cobra" or something similar? :oh:

I saw this pickup in New Port Richey, Florida on November 9, 2002. It's a full-size Ford F-150 pickup with a Ford Ranger bed.

Indeed, but probably they didn't work anymore because of the water... they could be used just for background vehicles role

Quite sad to see, by the way

This reminds me of something they do here that is similar, When the Ford Plant here in Norfolk was still producing F-150s (1925-2007) a train carrying a load of brand new F-150s(sometime around 2000-2001) de railed and a very small amount of the trucks got damaged, most stayed securely strapped in their places and received no damage, but the entire train load was crushed because the US government won't allow them to be sold because of the crash.

They could make great scenes with that, I am sure :oh:
(car crashing in parking lot, etc.)

They could modify them to look like police cars or ricers (or leave them as they are) and send them into a big highway pileup or send them over a cliff, using a launch (or two... hundred+++). That would be a great end for a car chase, even if it happened at random and/or had nothing to do with the plot. I'd pay to see something like that, no matter how bad the rest of the movie was. They've got nothing to lose on an opportunity like that.

This afternoon, I saw on the Autobahn A2 a truck going eastwards, loaded with a 1973 Ford Capri in US-trim - and seven US-muscle cars, all non-castrated ones, so pre-1973-oil-shock-versions. Unfortunately I was on the other side, so I only could watch a glimpse. But a 1968 Camaro was loaded for sure, also a 1972 Gran Torino and a 1970 Duster.
Maybe a fresh low-$-rate-caused delivery, picked up in Rotterdam.

At this moment I've passed on my lane a truck with a total different load for a total different purpose: eight mid-90ies clunkers for Africa (mirrors and indicators already dismounted): 2x Audi 80 B3, C-Klasse, Camry Wagon, Vectra A, Golf III, Vento, W124 T-Modell.

I saw this 1972 Chevelle a couple days ago. This is the first time I've seen one up close other than two at the Volo Auto Museum in Illinois. I think it should have a cover though! Edit: probably the ones at Volo were '71s.

Today I made a rare sight, too: a Mercedes ML - with US-plates, a personalised number from Idaho, ME2AND8 or something like that, it was not clearly to see, as in the oncoming traffic. But definetely Idaho.

Tonight I saw an International Harvester Scout II Rallye like http://www.flickr.com/photos/37573576@N06/6655750273/in/photostream (red with white graphics) and then later an old Mitsubishi Galant Sigma, like http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_393436-Mitsubishi-Galant-Sigma-1988.html I can't ever recall having seen one of those.

I've told you people on numerous occasions about the late-1960's Ford F-100 Standard model with the 6 1/2 bed, most recently here:
http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=471184

July 28, 2011. You have no idea what you were missing. The next three shots will have that very truck.
