It is not "made for UK", it is "origin from UK" that he sets.
Same for Sierra and few others.
I should probably change them to EU.
Note Escort mk1 is still UK, cf Wikipedia:
"The Ford Escort was a British automobile launched at the end of 1967 as a replacement for the Anglia."
"Unlike the first Escort (which was solely a British effort), the second generation was developed along with Ford of Germany." (i.e. both UK & DE, start of problems for us )
