I have some pics from seasons 1 & 6 of "The Andy Griffith Show." The first may be one already mentioned but with no picture: the 1958 Edsel, which Barney drives on his first trip back to Mayberry after leaving the show.

Barney's 1958 Edsel convertible appears throughout two episodes; Vehicle used by a character or in a car chase; this shot is from episode 06.12, "The Return of Barney Fife."



The 1960 Ford squad car appears in a number of episodes from the first (1960-61) season; this shot is from episode 1.7, "Andy the Matchmaker." In this particular scene, Barney is actually "running code" (lights and siren) because he's been told Walker's Drug Store has been robbed. (Vehicle used by a character or in a car chase)



Episode 6.17, "The Legend of Barney Fife," yields this shot of now-guest-star Don Knotts hanging out at the parked squad car, while Andy and Warren search for a fugitive who vowed revenge on Barney. The three had arrived in the car with Andy driving. (Vehicle used by a character or in a car chase)



The Chevy in the background is from episode 1.6, "Runaway Kid." (Background vehicle) It pops up in a number of first season episodes, always in the background.



The Caddy is from episode 1.3, "The Guitar Player," and is driven by the actors playing "Bobby Fleet and his Band With a Beat." (Minor action vehicle or used in only a short scene)



The blue '65 Ford Country Sedan station wagon is being driven by counterfeiters trying to get away, but Andy shoots out a tire and causes it to crash into a streetlamp. This shot is from just before that crash, episode 6.13, "Aunt Bee Takes a Job." (Vehicle used by a character or in a car chase)

Thanks! I got an even better shot of it in a season two episode (I believe it's the same bus) and will use this info.

Based on another thread and some further research it looks like this one maybe a Mercedes Benz SSK replica. Even then it's a surprisingly rare car to pop up in Mayberry to get gas at Wally's Service Station.
