Where I live they don't have speed bumps on roads where you can pick up that much speed. They are usually in neighborhoods to stop people from passing through them as a short cut. At each speed bump the possible speed that can be reached through curving turns is not high. That is why I am not used to it but I never said it wouldn't be fun. By the way, I've been in two serious accidents one of them sliding down an icy hill in an overturned Toyota 4Runner. Cars out of control in real-life away from the big screen get me a little uneasy. I think I can't help but think what the driver is going through even though this is not serious. That is my personal opinion but the drivers that take it too fast on purpose are asking for it...

I see your points, of course its not the same seing it on big screen as you say than in real life, but anyway in the case of the Spanish one it is due to the fact that is positioned in a bad "place" so vehicles dont have time to slow down, wether that or that the speed bump is not signed.
In my town there is a street with lots of speed bumps on. The braindead teenagers in thier souped up Corsa's and Pugoets go way too fast over them. It rips and scratches thier bumpers. You can find parts of fibreglass bumper all over.
