Subject: [Misc] I just have to ask about Explorer4X4
Reminder of the previous message
Hahahaha, I'd come across this little dweeb on Youtube a while ago. I was searching for the crash test video of the Chevrolet Venture/Oldsmobile Silhouette/Pontiac Trans Sport/Pontiac Montana/Opel Sintra and the first video I found was uploaded by him. I checked the comments and saw this:
Now, it's very well known that it was American built and imported to Europe as the Sintra, and that information is very easy to find from many different sources. I'd love to know where he got his information from. My guess is that he just made it up.
So when I came on here, it didn't surprise me at all to find out he was banned. Finding out that he was only 13 was also not surprising.

lol, crappy american cars

The Pontiac Trans Sport/Montana, Chevy Venture and Olds Silhouette are all European. Imported Opel Sintra's. If it were American, it would be good. But its not. Its a European pos.

u ignorant fuck, it's the other way around, the opel sintra is based on ur shitmobile. get ur facts straight, u stupid mongoloid(i.e. american)
Explorer4x4
Wrong. The Opel Sintra was designed for Europe, by GM's European division Opel-Vauxhall. It was launched in 1995 as a 1996 model Opel. In 1995/1996, General Motors America had the Chevrolet APV and first generation Trans Sport/Silhouette. In 1997, GM imported the Sintra into America branded under Chevy. Venture is European, not American

Interesting to see that our patience with Conor came off in the end, at least a bit. He still gets the facts wrong by guessing instead of researching and his nationalistic tendencies haven't worn off (politicians can have a very bad influence), but, even in the face of this other writer, who obviously struggles to achieve an IQ above room temperature, he stays calm and focused on the subject. Wasn't always like that.
I think he even still has one. IMHO I don't see a problem with him having it as long as he doesn't cause any more trouble, which I don't think he has been.
But of course, it not my choice really
Also I was looking through some of his old comments, and I laughed so hard when when I read the one: "hot babes follow you everywhere when you have a Tempo"

Wow, what a jerk he was. Some of the things he said were just unbelievable.
But no use dwelling over it, what's done is done. Maybe he's changed, maybe not. Either way gossiping about him doesn't change anything. Let's just leave it as it is and just let this thread RIP...

That comment is absolutely fucking gold!
You guys should never have banned Explorer4x4, he posted funny comments, knew lots about cars & movies, and what stands out in my point of view is that he posted facts and differences between the novel 'Christine' and the film. Including lots about '58 Plymouths! Say, if you get banned do you have an oppurtunity to get back on? you know, sort of like a last chance?

"He had a bad childhood and is a victim of the circumstances" - if we continue the lawyer-speech.
Well of course he had a bad childhood. He was forced to live in cold barren Alaska and was given a Ford Tempo to drive
You would make a good lawyer... "do not put my client in jail, he told some funny jokes last month"
My superior law-acssociated intellect finds your sarcasm unamusing. I guess Explorer4x4 would be reading this right now, logged out of course, freezing his genitles off whilst sitting in his used Tempo in Alaska.
Anyway this discussion is completely useless since he actually came back under a new nickname some time after he had been banned. He made apologies and seemed to have changed. He was not banned again but he does not seem to come anymore, or at least not often.

I don't understand how anybody can like cars just from a single country. I'm American of course but but love all kinds of European and Japanese cars (I drive a Mitsubishi
) Not even Jeremy Clarkson in Top Gear can resist the Mustang...
