Yesterday I made little road trip across Slovak and Czech republic (looking for some parts for my Volvo ) - together I drove 550 miles = cca 880 km. It is a daily record for my own car - with one rental Skoda Fabia I drove about 1200 km in one day.

What is your daily mileage (kilometerage ) record?

980 miles (16.5 hr. all interstate - virginia to southern florida)

Here in Belgium, starting from Brussels which is in the centre of the country, if you drive more than 150 km you are in another country I never drive much, I think that the longest that I drove is from Brussels to Knokke (seaside), about 115 km with my Peugeot 206 SW (x2, to go back to home).
For longest trips (in other countries then) I was usually only passenger, in my parents' car, with my father driving.

I think the most in one day was about 600kms (approx 425-450km from my home town north of Toronto to Windsor, followed by roughly 150 delivering pizza).

You are right. Only did it once - young, silly and about a gallon of coffee - never again. Now I take two days for the trip.

The most miles I've driven in a day by myself was from Reno to Vegas which is around 450 miles. This was in a rental Windstar and I've hit 110 MPH on some parts of the trip.

2x a month i drive from NC to VA and then back again which is about 390 miles each way.

Once I drove with my dad in one day to Köpenhagen, Denmark from Delfzijl the Netherlands, and vica versa. I do not know the exact kilometers anymore, but it came close to 1500. We left at 4.00am and returned at 23.30pm...

Two years ago I drove to Spain 1700kms in two days....

1000 miles in one day (sixcyl beats wrenchhead by 76 miles) is pretty hardcore! 16 hours of sitting in the same car seat, good God. How often did you take a break during those 16 hours? I sure hope you didn't have any kids in the car with you! That would been a nightmare, for you and the kids.

I only stopped for gas, food and lots of coffee. No passengers. Even alone it was not fun and I certainly never tried that kind of drive again.

To achieve that distance in my country, I'd have to go north from Southampton (my hometown) right to the top of Scotland then back down again into the north of England. I consider 300 miles (which is what we do when I go to visit my grandparents near Newcastle) to be a long journey, but Americans are probably used to doing longer distances than we do in our crowded little island.

Me and a friend drove a Volvo 740 with a trailer behind last friday to buy a BMW 325 IX. We drove about 1000 km (620 miles) but we drove half way each so it wasn't too bad.

Last summer we drove 300 km (190 miles) one way, and back two days later with a homemade Volvo 240 cabriolet/roadster. It was rainy too...

I've driven from Red Wing, MN to Chicago, IL several times, but I've probably driven farther in Iraq, at least it seemed that way...

The most I've probably driven in a day is about 150 miles. Depending on when i get my license I may drive anywhere between 10-20 miles a day.

My record seems to be 569 miles in a Mk.II Ford Transit: Stourbridge (West Midlands)/Falkirk/Inverness/Dunkeld. I didn't stay in that job long ...
Otherwise: Venlo (NL) to Salzburg (A), 504 miles, in a Jaguar S-type, which was the easiest 504 miles I've ever driven.

Two times I made 1200 km in one day.

The first time during my "autodriveaway"-trip 1993 in the US, it was somewhere between Reno/Nevada and Salt Lake City.

The second time in 1998, when I've bought my VW K 70 in San Remo/Italy. Back home it was 1200 km, too.
