As Spanish Dodges are listed as Dodge Barreiros, and Barreiros also built the Simcas, why we don't put the Spanish Simcas as Simca Barreiros?

Aren't the Dodge special models rather than just a local-built like what the Simca were?
Btw, how were they sold (i.e. under what name?)
