The problem is you have to have enough space and be in a place where it's okay to make that much racket.
.very true..its fun "adopting" someone elses stuff.we just bought our first house and have a dedicated room for the instruments and are planning on doing an almost total isolation soundproofing job to it and even doing it ourselves is gonna cost a fortune but i wanna do it right..come on over anytime.

My primary job is commercial fishing for Ocean Beauty (in addition to outright cash sales). What this entails is setting, swinging, and pulling up the nets, picking the fish, and occasionally running the outboard motor. Monday's and Thursday's, from 5AM to 7PM (excluding cleaning the fish, loading them into the truck, and delivery).
I work for Moonlight Excavating as my secondary job. A family owned construction company. I work sort of as the assistant. I do all the light landscape work and I run the tractor (a 1957 Ford 600). While my boss runs the Caterpillars.

Interesting about the drums, I play a little (I like it a lot more than I'm good at it). I've lived in a decently sized house for the past two years and one of my friends needed a place for his drum kit. So I had one for about 8 months and taught myself a few things. Talk about a stress reliever! Sometimes I would play so ridiculously loud, the only thing that saved me was because I didn't live in an apartment. The problem is you have to have enough space and be in a place where it's okay to make that much racket.

I work in a CNC-lathe, manufacturing parts for jet engines and stationary gas turbines.
It's a nice job, and it's more than just pressing a button and babysitting the machine, as it's not massproduction.

As a DTP operator, I'm designing print media in a small advertising agency. I work there since I finished apprenticeship in 2003.
