I'm just finishing a search of a Volvo like your avatar that appears in "Same Time, Next Year" (1978). This movie looks more like a theatre play but just at the very start of the film (I remember) appears a Volvo PV 544 and driven by actress Ellen Burstyn.
atom, I was mistaken. My memory begins to fail. I always thought (in my memory) that this car I post here was a Volvo PV 544; but now when I have got some pictures of this movie.....what a pity...it not looks a Volvo. So, again, I put in your(s) knowledge to ascertain what make and car is it.
This car was driven in that movie by actress Ellen Burstyn.
