And also that's ice which is quite different, there's nothing against that and a snowplow would slide as well so the best thing to do is not to get the car on days like that unless very necessary.

Sometimes (often) it takes the trucks a while to get around. By the amount of tracks in that snow, it seems to have only been there a few hours. Also looks like there's ice underneath.
